When you visit our website, technical information may be processed that is necessary to provide, secure and maintain the website. This may include, in particular, your IP address, date and time of access, browser type, operating system and other technical information about the device used.

Our website is operated using Squarespace. Squarespace provides the technical infrastructure for the website and may process personal data in connection with providing its services. Where Squarespace processes personal data on our behalf, this is done on the basis of an appropriate data processing agreement.

The processing of technically necessary data is based on our legitimate interest in providing a secure, stable and functional website, pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

3. Contact form

You can contact us via the contact form on our website. The following information is collected:

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Email address

  • Subject

  • Message

  • Any additional information you voluntarily provide

The information is processed in order to receive, handle and respond to your enquiry.

Depending on the nature of your enquiry, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the processing is necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

The contact form is provided through Squarespace. Submitted contact details and form submissions are stored by Squarespace in its Contacts/Form Submitters system. The information is also forwarded by email to the responsible internal contact.

We do not apply a fixed deletion period to enquiries. Personal data is generally retained for as long as necessary to process and respond to the enquiry. Statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.

Providing the mandatory information in the contact form is necessary to process your enquiry. If the required information is not provided, we may not be able to respond to your request.

4. “News and updates” option

The contact form contains an optional checkbox labelled “Sign up for news and updates”. The checkbox is not selected by default.

If this option is selected, Squarespace may additionally classify the contact as a marketing contact/subscriber. Noble Breath GmbH currently does not operate a newsletter or send regular marketing emails through Squarespace. Selecting this option therefore currently does not result in any regular marketing communication from us.

5. Google reCAPTCHA

Our contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to protect the form against automated submissions, spam and abuse.

Squarespace generally uses reCAPTCHA v3 for standard form blocks. reCAPTCHA may process technical information about your browser, device and use of the website and transmit such information to Google.

For more information, please refer to Google's privacy policy:
Google Privacy Policy

6. Adobe Fonts

Our website uses Adobe Fonts to display certain fonts. The required font files are loaded from Adobe's servers.

When the fonts are loaded, technical information may be transmitted to Adobe, including information about the browser, network and device, the website and page being accessed and the IP address.

The font files are provided through the Adobe Fonts domain use.typekit.net.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies.

We distinguish between technically necessary technologies and non-essential cookies. Non-essential cookies are only activated after consent where consent is legally required.

Our website uses the cookie and privacy settings provided by Squarespace. You can manage or change your cookie preferences through the cookie settings provided on the website.

Where required by law, the legal basis for non-essential cookies and similar technologies is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Section 25 TDDDG.

We currently do not use Google Analytics or comparable third-party analytics tools for our own tracking purposes.

Where service providers process personal data on our behalf, the applicable contractual and data protection requirements are observed.

Where personal data is transferred to recipients in countries outside the European Economic Area, such transfers are carried out in accordance with the applicable requirements of Art. 44 et seq. GDPR.

9. Storage period

We generally retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations.

Contact form data may remain stored in the Squarespace system until it is deleted by us or the purpose of the processing has otherwise ended. Statutory retention periods remain unaffected.

You may particularly contact the supervisory authority in your place of residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.
